Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this https://www.coachingcarriere.ca/ site (the "Site").
1. TERMS OF USE
This Site is the property of Career Coaching. It is managed and maintained by Career Coaching and its team, on the WIX platform, WIX Online Platform Limited, 1 Grant's Row D02HX96 Dublin. At all times, reference to the Site includes Career Coaching.
COACHING CARRIÈRE offers educational and professional guidance, employability and relocation services. Services directly addressed to companies are also offered by CAREER COACHING.
It can be accessed via the Internet via: https://www.coachingcarriere.ca/.
By using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated (hereinafter the "Terms") as a User. In the event that they do not adhere to the Conditions, the Site asks not to browse or transact on the Site. The Site may modify the Terms at any time and without notice, the modified version will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. SCOPE OF THE TERMS OF USE
This document contains the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of the Site, as well as all services and applications offered through transactions made on the Site.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
The User must have the legal capacity to consent to these Terms and must be a natural person consenting in his or her own name or a legal person duly represented by a person in a position and authority to do so, taking into account the law that governs his or her place of residence.
In addition, falsifying an identity while using the Site will be considered a violation of the terms of the services offered. This may result in total, permanent and irrevocable expulsion from the Site, in addition to civil or criminal prosecution.
4. USER ACCOUNT
The Site uses the external platform WIX for the purchase of its services and from which the booking of sessions is available. The User may be required to choose, following the purchase, a username (email) and a password. The User will thus be able to access the online services on the basis of the personal information obtained. This account may only be used by the person who has contracted with the Site for the services and who has provided the Confidential Information in this regard. Therefore, it is a violation to give your access codes to a third party who has not registered on the Site themselves.
5. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
The User acknowledges that the Information, documents, images, trademarks, products and services and other materials published on the Site (collectively the "Information"), including the presentation and arrangement of such Information on the Site, as well as any Information related to it, are the exclusive property of the Site. Any use of the Information is prohibited without the prior written permission of the Site, except in the specific case where the Site grants a person a written license to use the Information, no license to use or other rights, express or implied, is granted to anyone.
More specifically, the use of the Site does not grant any right, title or interest of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Information, including in particular the logos and other trademarks belonging to it, the latter reserving all Intellectual Property rights related to the Information.
The User acknowledges that the products, services and documents available free of charge or for a fee online are the exclusive property of the Site, and that the downloading of its elements, free of charge or for a fee, does not in any way grant the User a right to reproduce, distribute or sell them.
Reproduction, copying, manipulating, or selling the products, services, or materials on the Site without the prior written consent of the legal owner of such products, services, and materials is a violation and may result in civil or criminal liability.
6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF INFORMATION
No Information from the Site may be copied, reproduced, published, displayed, transmitted, or distributed by any means, except for downloading a single copy of the Information to a maximum of two different computers/devices, for strictly personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, copying, manipulating, or using such Information without the prior written consent of the legal owner of such materials could result in civil or criminal liability.
Any other use of the Information must have been authorized in writing by the Site. Any modification of the Information or any use of such Information for any other purpose constitutes a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of the Site. In particular, the use of the Information on any other website or in a networked computer environment is prohibited, unless the Site consents in writing. In the event that the Site grants a User a right to use the Information, such use is subject to the following conditions:
(i) It must be referenced as follows: "Reproduction authorized by the Career Coaching Site: info@coachingcarriere.ca / All rights reserved.";
(ii) All copyright or other proprietary rights notices must be kept intact;
(iii) The Information may not be manipulated or modified in any way; and
(iv) No graphic or drawing can be used without the accompanying text.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Site has implemented a Privacy Policy to ensure compliance with the protection of the exchange of Personal and Confidential Information between the Site and the User. It is available here:
8. RESPONSIBILITIES
The User of the Site is responsible for any charges resulting from its use, such as, but not limited to, charges related to data or cellular data overages.
9. LIMITED RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THE USE OF THE SITE
The Site cannot be held responsible for the use that the User makes of the Site, or the services he or she procures. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the User to read all instructions carefully.
The Site will not be liable in any way for interruptions in services attributable to the characteristics and limitations of the Internet network, in particular in the event of interruption of access networks, technical performance and response times to consult the digital content of the Site.
Due to the intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, the Site does not offer any guarantee against the risk of misappropriation, intrusion, contamination or hacking of data, files and programs. It is the User's responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data, files and programs, including against computer viruses.
The Site or any affiliated party is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of the Site.
The Site cannot be held responsible for material that the User deems offensive, indecent or shocking. Despite the Site's many efforts, missing information and errors may occur.
10. OUTBOUND LINKS
The Site may link to websites that are outside of its control. A link should in no way be considered as an endorsement by the Site, which can in no way be held liable for any damages occurring as a result of a visit to a page by an outbound link.
11. ILLEGAL USE
It is illegal to use the products and services on the Site for illegal, destructive, or dangerous purposes. This also includes attempting to damage, disable, overburden, or otherwise compromise the Site.
Accessing or attempting to access Information made available to the User unintentionally is illegal and could result in civil or criminal liability.
It is also forbidden to obtain services and content on the Site for commercial use or to disseminate your access code to other persons who have not created an account, or paid the applicable fees in consideration for the services rendered, without the express approval of Career Coaching.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The Site is operated from the province of Quebec, Canada. Any conflict that may arise between a user and the Site will therefore be governed by the jurisdictions and laws applicable in the province of Quebec.
13. WRITTEN DOCUMENT
The user may keep a copy of this document. It should be added that these General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site are available at all times on the Site and can be consulted for this purpose.
