No disclosure of your directly or indirectly personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") will take place without your consent or authorization by law.
By accepting our services, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of your Personal Information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
1. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
In the course of providing services, CAREER COACHING collects the following Information from its Clients:

The personal information that the Site collects is collected through forms and through the interactivity established between the user and the Site.
CAREER COACHING uses the Information provided by Clients for the following purposes:

2. COMMUNICATIONS AND RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF AN ELECTRONIC MEANS OF COMMUNICATION
2.1 CAREER COACHING favours electronic means of communication, such as emails, to facilitate exchanges and the associated costs.
2.2 The use of electronic communications to exchange Personal Information may increase the risk that such Information will be disclosed to third parties. Sending emails increases the risk of unintentional sending to another recipient.
2.3 Electronic communications can introduce malware into a computer system, which could damage or disrupt the operation of the computer, computer network or security systems.
2.4 It is impossible to verify the identity of the sender or to ensure that only the recipient will read the email.
2.5 CAREER COACHING undertakes to take all necessary measures to guarantee the confidentiality of exchanges (passwords to access the computer, passwords to connect to the email address, secure email address).
3. LIMITING USE, DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION
Your Personal Information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required or permitted by law.
Thus, CAREER COACHING undertakes, unless it has obtained your consent, for an unlimited period of time and even after the end of the services rendered:
(i) not to disclose Confidential Information to third parties, except to agents or representatives in connection with the provision of the services;
(ii) limit the disclosure of Confidential Information only to its employees, stakeholders, directors or shareholders who need to know it directly for the purposes of providing the services;
(iii) to take the necessary steps to regain possession of the Personal Information and to prevent any other unauthorized action or breach of this document.
Personal Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the specified purposes.
When it is no longer necessary for the purposes specified to meet any legal, ethical or other requirements, in particular, it will be destroyed, erased or de-identified.
4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Site undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect personal information stored electronically or on paper.
However, it should be noted that the Site cannot guarantee that security measures will prevent a malicious third party from obtaining and taking possession of the information exchanged and stored.
5. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and does not apply to other websites suggested by related links appearing on the Site regarding other corporations or services.
Although the Site uses the external WIX platform, the Site is not responsible for WIX's terms and conditions or their privacy policy. In this sense, the User must at all times read the terms of use of WIX before proceeding with the use of the Site.
6. ACCESSING, MODIFYING AND DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION
You should be aware that you have the right to access, modify, correct or delete your Personal Information.

When someone communicates via email, the return email address is used to respond to that person. CAREER COACHING does not use this email address for any purpose other than to respond to the Client and, under no circumstances, is this email address shared with any third party.
CAREER COACHING will not collect Personal Information without the Client's permission. In the event that a request for information is sent by email, the Personal Information will only be transmitted to those employees of the Site who need it to respond to the request for Information and such Personal Information will not be communicated to third parties without valid consent, unless required to do so by law.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
CAREER COACHING reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy by posting a new Privacy Policy. The collection, use and disclosure of your Information will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy that is posted and in effect at that time.
8. ACCEPTANCE
With regard to this policy, the user confirms that he/she has read it and that he/she has read the applicable conditions.
9. NEWSLETTER
Our electronic newsletter-type communications allow you to take advantage of our offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe mechanism included in our messages. As mentioned by law, your withdrawal request will be processed within 10 days.
